baked herbes de provence potato wedges




Potatoes are a great way to add a little body to a light entree. These potato wedges seasoned with herbes de provence also provide plenty of elaborate taste and texture to any meal with which you choose to pair them.


Ingredients:
2 Idaho potatoes
1 T olive oil
1 tsp herbes de provence
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 450°. Scrub the potatoes then cut into wedges of an even thickness. Stir the olive oil together with the seasoning.

Toss the potatoes in the seasoned oil to coat. Bake for 45 minutes.
